Free Shipping on orders of $50.00 or more via USPS Ground Advantage. No coupon codes are necessary. Currently, we ship to all 50 states & APO/FPO addresses. At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Gift Cards cannot be used on shipping.

My package shows delivered, but I did not receive it.
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for packages once they have been scanned in by USPS or UPS. Please check with your mail carrier to see if package was actually delivered. Please note
Shea Butter has a very low melting point, so if you receive our product in the warm months in a slightly soft or melted state, place jar in a cool place until it returns to its solid state. Also, the performance of the product will not be affected by its appearance.
